Join a 90-minute session, either monthly or every 3 weeks, depending on the session schedule (please check dates for specifics).

  2. A Maximum of 6 Participants
To ensure meaningful group learning, each session is limited to 6 participants. This set group will remain the same throughout the duration of the program, creating a stable and safe space for reflection and connection. You'll build strong relationships with fellow practitioners over the 6 months.

  3. Educational Component
Each session includes a 30-minute educational segment, presented by Liz. This time is dedicated to exploring key topics and developing your practice, with opportunities for reflection and growth.

  4. Opportunities to Bring a Case or Challenge for Group Input
Participants have the chance to bring a case or challenge to the group for collaborative reflection and support. This is done on a shared rotation, though it is optional—however, participating fully will help you get the most out of the group. When presenting a challenge, we explicitly use a variety of supervision models to enhance learning and encourage different ways of thinking about practice.

  • Group supervision with liz was great, her flexible approach fitted the group well , she set the tone and expectations well at the beginning which made for a great group for the 6 months. her topics for discussion are great and use of a range of different reflective models with allowance for choice was super helpful as well. liz's positive nature, relaxed and friendly tone and face meant it didn't feel like zoom, it felt like we were in the room together!
